Welcome to the ShipperGuide API documentation. This guide will help you integrate our Transportation Management System (TMS) capabilities into your applications, making your logistics operations more efficient.

Understanding API Profiles​

ShipperGuide API supports different users in the logistics ecosystem:

  • Shippers: Integrate to enhance their logistics and supply chain solutions.
  • Carriers: Integrate to improve the services they provide to shippers.

Account Setup and API Access​

To use the ShipperGuide API, you need an active Shipper account. If you don't have one, please sign up and agree to our terms.

If you already have an account:

  • Contact your Account Manager to request API access.
  • You will receive a Client ID and a Client Secret for authentication.
